Please follow the steps below to begin the scholarship process.
To apply for our Angel Scholarship Fund at St. Rita please complete the link above. Deadline to apply is August 15, 2026. Complete one application per student.
Every Ohio resident living outside the city of Cleveland is eligible to participate in one of the EdChoice scholarship programs. Speak with your school to determine if you are eligible for a Traditional EdChoice or should apply for Expansion.
Please complete the EdChoice Renewal Form or EdChoice New Request Form linked above for your child. If you are not sure if you should select Traditional or Expansion, leave that top selection blank and I can help you determine the eligibility criteria once I review your submitted request form.

Submit supporting documents:

Proof of Residency: A current utility bill (gas, electric or water bills are best). No cell phone bills. The bill MUST show both MAILING AND SERVICE addresses.

If you do not have a utility bill in your name for some reason (this is not uncommon if you rent or live with another family member who owns the home), please contact Dené Hummon for additional support.

Birth Certificate: please provide upon scholarship application.
Please email the completed request form along with supporting documents to dhummon@stritaschool.com. You may also drop these off to the parish office, however email is preferred for a faster processing response.
